Broadcasters are happy about impending FCC decision

Despite the fact that they are on the wrong end of the case being brought to the Supreme Court by the government (about the legitimacy of F.C.C fines for indecency), broadcasters are happy that the administration has chosen to go this route.

Why? Because finally once and for all we may get some clarity, some actual easy to follow rules about what is and what isn't indecent, and what is and what isn't the F.C.C's role. It's been too vague for too long.
