Poor Vice President Joe Biden, he always seems to be at the wrong end of the joke.

Today was no different. Biden fell asleep during President Barack Obama’s speech on deficit reduction.

But then again, who wouldn’t fall asleep, right?

The bug was catching, too. The woman in glasses directly behind him appears to be nodding off as well.
